He earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Therapy and a Master of Arts in Audiology from Michigan State University. Charles also completed post graduate studies at Temple University. With more than 30 years of experience in the practice of Audiology, he is committed to his work. For over 25 years he has devoted his time and energy to an independent private practice here in Chester County. Charles is honored to be Chester and Montgomery County's first hearing aid dispensing Audiologist.

Dr. Michael McCandless, AuD, CCC-A
Dr. McCandless has been trained to diagnose and treat hearing loss, tinnitus, and peripheral vestibular impairments including BPPV. He attended St Joseph's Prep and was awarded his Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Joseph's University. He performed his Doctoral work at Salus University (formerly The Pennsylvania College of Optometry School of Audiology). Dr. McCandless completed his clinical fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC and practiced in Tampa, FL for five years prior to joining Associates in Audiology. Dr. McCandless is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, the Vestibular Disorders Association of America, and is clinically certified in Audiology by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association. With a passion for helping others to "hear the world they see," he has seen thousands of patients from all over Chester and Montgomery counties.
Gigi Madison, BC-HIS
Gigi Madison joined the staff of Associates in Audiology in 2013. Prior to joining Associates in Audiology, Gigi worked at another hearing healthcare provider in Pottstown. While at that office, she tested patient’s hearing, fit the latest hearing aid technology, and cared for patient’s hearing healthcare needs. Gigi trained to become a PA-registered hearing aid fitter in 2008. She is also a Registered Medical Assistant.
Originally from Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Gigi is the busy mother of 2 children and 2 step children, all under 12 years old. Gigi sees patients in both the Exton and Pottstown offices. Her favorite part of her career is building relationships with her many patients and enjoying the rewards of improving their quality of life with better hearing and easier communication.
Mark Weinstein, BC-HIS
Mark Weinstein is a hearing instrument specialist who has been helping patients in the King of Prussia area hear better for over 40 years. Mark originally established Hearing Care Centers over 40 years ago on West Dekalb Pike in King of Prussia. When his practice merged with Associates in Audiology in 2014, they moved to a new location at 166 Allendale Rd. in King of Prussia. Mr Weinstein also helps patients in our Ambler, Bryn Mawr, Waverly locations.
